About the role
- Owning end-to-end technical recruitment across engineering and trading technology
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring plans and workforce strategy
- Building strong candidate pipelines in highly competitive talent markets
- Expanding over time into broader HR and people responsibilities, including:
- Workforce planning and organisational design support
- Performance and development processes
- Employee lifecycle and engagement initiatives
- Acting as a trusted people partner to the tech organisation
Requirements
- Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g. HR, Business, Psychology, STEM)
- Strong experience in senior technical recruitment within complex, high-bar environments
- A genuine desire to evolve beyond recruitment into a broader HR role
- Comfortable working across European and US time zones
- Mature, self-directed, and pragmatic — this is not a heavily structured role
- Confident operating autonomously and exercising sound judgement
- Clear communicator who can build trust quickly with technical and senior stakeholders
