About the role
- Play a central role in delivering high-impact advisory projects for leading energy-sector clients in Brazil and Latin America.
- Structure problems, guide analysts, produce high-quality insights, and engage directly with clients.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, analytics, finance, strategy, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python, particularly for analytical workflows, data manipulation, or modeling.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and comfort working with quantitative data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and strong competency in Excel or other analytical tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams and mentor or guide junior team members.
- Maturity, ownership, and a strong service mindset.
- Experience in the energy sector (optional but highly valuable).
