About the role

  • Build deep fluency in our products, customers, and competitive landscape.
  • Own product messaging and positioning for the August Health platform and integrations, translating capabilities into clear value for senior living operators and their teams.
  • Manage product launches end to end, including narrative development, core assets, and internal enablement, while coordinating planning and execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Enablement.
  • Plan and support go-to-market motions that drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline, ensuring alignment across teams and consistency in how we communicate about our products.
  • Create high-impact sales enablement content, including decks, product overviews, case studies, and ROI-focused content.
  • Establish tight feedback loops with Sales to understand what messaging and content is working in the field and continuously refine.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B product marketing experience; experience in healthtech or adjacent industries is a plus
  • Experience as an early or first product marketing hire at a startup — you have a history of creating systems and frameworks that scale
  • Strong storyteller with a track record of creating narratives and content that support complex sales cycles and drive business impact
  • Comfortable creating targeted narratives and messaging for a variety of markets and personas
  • Able to quickly learn new products and industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator, with the ability to make technical concepts accessible and compelling
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working productively across teams
  • Strategic and hands-on, comfortable with creating strategies as well as executing on deliverables
  • You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
