About the role

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy
  • Prospect and convert new clients for our electricity supply offerings, leveraging your existing network and developing new accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, meetings, needs assessment, value proposition, negotiation, closing
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (executive management, procurement, etc.)
  • Structure partnerships that support commercial development (referral partners, energy ecosystem stakeholders)
  • Report market signals from the field (client needs, competitive dynamics, price/contract trends) to inform company strategy
  • Contribute to the implementation of commercial tools and processes (CRM, pipeline, KPIs, forecasting) to support growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B business development, ideally in electricity supply or related services
  • Strong experience in the industrial segment (SMEs/ETIs/large accounts) and complex sales cycles
  • Active network of clients and decision-makers (energy buyers, industrial management, executive teams, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of electricity-related issues: contracts, pricing, consumption profiles, supply security, decarbonization
  • Proven ability to open accounts, negotiate and close significant contracts
  • Comfortable in a high-growth environment, highly autonomous with a strong "build" mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, field awareness and advisory approach
  • Sensitivity to energy transition challenges and interest in innovative solutions
