About the role
- Lead and build Audubon’s Community Building program in LAC
- Develop partnerships and relationships with funders, donors, and strategic partners
- Collaborate with program staff supporting Protected Areas
- Work with communications team to build public engagement in conservation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years' relevant experience in Latin America in community building, wildlife conservation, public service, or related field
- Experience managing staff and teams
- Exceptional leadership skills in a multi-national and multi-cultural context
- Commitment to Audubon’s organizational values
- Demonstrated personal and professional commitment to advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish required.
