Vice President

• Lead and grow Audon’s programs in the Rockies region
• Ensure impact toward the organization’s strategic plan
• Advance habitat, climate, policy, and community building strategies
• Collaborate closely with regional staff and partners
• Manage the program’s budget and drive public funding opportunities
• Deliver strategic and operational excellence through the leadership of staff spread across three states
• Build and maintain relationships with key leaders in government and non-governmental organizations
• Support a culture of philanthropy across the team and organization

Analyst

• Configure, test, and deploy Workday enhancements across HCM and Recruiting
• Partner with People Operations and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to optimize business processes
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
• Develop comprehensive documentation including standard operating procedures

• Develop and maintain community building and partnership initiatives in South Carolina
• Engage with individuals, communities and organizations
• Collaborate with team members on community- or landowner-based projects
• Support and advise staff-led efforts to advance advocacy and partnerships
• Develop an engagement strategy for working with SC Audubon Chapters
• Serve as a public representative of Audubon
