- Key Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of the virtual event lifecycle, from content strategy and scheduling to post-event analysis; manage timelines, logistics, and deadlines to ensure a seamless experience.\n
- Manage the technical logistics of event platforms for webinars and virtual events.\n
- Develop and maintain virtual event webpages to provide attendees with a central hub for information.\n
- Plan, execute, and oversee Audit & Beyond virtual user conference and virtual NOW events.\n
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive attendee experience.\n
- Manage speaker relationships and all presentation logistics for webinars and virtual events.\n
- Measure and report on performance, providing strategic recommendations based on attendee feedback and industry trends.\n
- Oversee, enable, and train other teams to run their own webinar programs and ensure that guidelines are being followed.\n
- Oversee, train, and mentor associates as needed to help elevate the skills of the events team.\n

Requirements
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field\n
- 4+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement\n
- Preferred experience using webinar/virtual event platforms such as ON24\n
- Proven experience carrying out event marketing campaigns including webinars, emails, and social media\n
- Experience leading and managing integrated event marketing plans across cross-functional teams\n
- Self-starter and quick learner; demonstrated independence and autonomy in a high-performing work environment\n
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail\n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n
- Strong work ethic and sharp logistics management skills\n
- Experience in working within Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive\n
- Travel and some work on weekends or after hours may be required
