About the role
- The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing team by managing administrative functions, coordinating sales processes, and ensuring accurate data management across systems including Delphi, Cvent, and Opera.
- This role plays a key part in lead management, reporting, client communications, and internal coordination to help drive group sales performance and maintain exceptional service standards.
- The Sales Coordinator ensures operational efficiency for the Sales Managers and contributes to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements
- Previous administrative or hospitality experience preferred, ideally within hotel sales or events.
- Experience with sales systems such as Delphi, Cvent, and Opera preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems.
