About the role
- Play a vital role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support
- Manage inbound communications, assist with client inquiries
- Facilitate the seamless transfer of business during acquisitions
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including Financial Planners, supporting the arrangement of annual client review meetings
- Support various projects and deliver exceptional levels of customer service to all clients
- Adhere to FCA compliance, customer risk, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
- Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately on Intelligent Office and adhere to GDPR
- Identify new business opportunities using knowledge of Attivo Group products and services
- Proactively maintain an up-to-date knowledge of business processes and service offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English or have the experience to demonstrate the ability to work at this level
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Good organisational, time management, and caseload management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management would be an advantage
- A relevant degree, such as Economics, or Financial Services industry experience
- An aspiration to become a Financial Planner or Paraplanner
- Currently working towards your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII)
