• Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain robust, role-specific candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and develop role-specific prompt libraries to improve reach and pipeline quality.
• Identify and engage high-quality passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship building.
• Conduct thorough resume reviews, applying both independent judgment and AI-assisted screening tools to assess candidate fit.
• Lead structured prescreen calls to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Prepare detailed candidate summaries and recommendations for the Recruiting Manager and hiring teams.
• Maintain consistent evaluation standards to ensure quality and fairness across all candidates.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the screening and interview process, ensuring a positive and responsive experience.
• Draft personalized outreach and follow-up communications, using AI as a starting point while preserving an authentic, human voice.
• Keep candidates informed, engaged, and prepared at every stage of the process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse ATS.
• Track and report on individual sourcing and pipeline metrics to the Recruiting Manager.
• Ensure data integrity across all candidate records and activity logs.
• Serve as an informal resource for junior recruiters, sharing sourcing techniques, screening best practices, and AI tool usage.
• Contribute to team discussions on process improvement and candidate quality.
