About the role
- Follow up with members who have submitted documents to request updated documentation
- Handle and analyze customer requests related to documents that need updating
- Follow up with customers by email or phone
- Monitor the follow-up process and proactively propose improvements
- Assist customers in understanding and updating their file
- Populate and maintain reporting tools
- Sort and organize follow-up requests within the team
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic attitude
- Comfortable on the phone and in direct customer contact
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and common office software
