About the role
- Own day to day operations and management of the Boston office
- Manage supplies, mail, vendor management, and meeting room setups
- Drive events and team-building activities for employees
- Ensure a smooth working environment and manage office supplies
- Assist with onboarding new employees
- Liaise with the Marketing team for events and logistics
- Greet guests and coordinate arrivals and meeting needs
Requirements
- 3 days a week in-office presence (Tuesday to Thursday)
- Experience in office management in a fast-growth environment
- Experience in event management and coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
- Excellent written and oral skills in English
