About the role

  • Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from multiple sources including HRIS, ATS, payroll, and employee records.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for global and local HR teams.
  • Support HR metrics and analytics such as headcount, attrition, hiring trends, performance, compensation, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Partner with global HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Assist in automating reports and improving data processes for increased efficiency.
  • Support key HR projects involving data analysis, audits, policy updates, and compliance reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data governance best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or similar data-focused roles.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
  • Experience or familiarity with HR systems (HRIS/ATS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication and ability to collaborate with global teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
