- Oversee the Engineering department
- Manage product lifecycle and development
- Contribute to the product development roadmap
- Establish, maintain, and audit engineering best practices
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and operating and capital expenditures
Requirements
- Supervision of mechanical, automation, and administrative personnel
- Skills in managing processes and procedures
- Knowledge of CSA, UL, ANSI, USDA, and OSHA standards
- Experience using software such as Wrike, SolidWorks CAD, SolidWorks PDM, SharePoint, etc.
- English and French
