About the role
- Assist in creating digital training materials related to ATPCO products, services, and internal initiatives
- Support the development of instructor-led training programs
- Help design audio, visual, and interactive learning content
- Assist with maintaining online help content and user documentation
- Support training-related questions around product usage and technology
- Contribute to improving existing training content
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, Communications, HR, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in learning, training, or content development
- Familiarity with presentation, video, or e-learning tools is a plus.
- Our primary tools include Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate Rise 360, and Storyline.
- Eager to learn, collaborate, and take feedback
