About the role

  • Lead the team behind ATPCO’s Product Catalog platform
  • Champion best engineering practices (Test-driven development, CI/CD, Microservices)
  • Collaborate on system architecture with architects and senior engineers
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers; provide career development and performance management
  • Build and maintain a high-performing engineering team
  • Work closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver products
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities
  • Oversee operational health of products ensuring high availability, security, and performance
  • Continuously assess and improve software engineering and delivery practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a software engineering management role
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
