About the role
- Lead and mentor multiple Engineering Managers and their teams, fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and accountability.
- Build a strong leadership bench that supports growth, performance, and alignment across all engineering functions.
- Define and maintain ATPCO’s technology roadmap, balancing modernization priorities with stability and customer reliability.
- Champion reliability and performance as foundational pillars of all software engineering efforts.
- Introduce and standardize engineering metrics to measure team performance and improvement.
- Develop and implement ATPCO’s AI strategy within the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing multiple engineering teams or managers.
- Proven success leading teams responsible for high-availability, enterprise-grade systems.
- Demonstrated experience defining and executing a technology roadmap that balances modernization and reliability.
- Track record of driving measurable improvements in engineering process efficiency and product quality.
- Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices (CI/CD, DevOps, SRE principles).
- Exposure to or experience with AI-assisted development tools and engineering analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
