• Responsible for preservation of value, maintenance and fault/incident management of assigned properties, including preparation and coordination of related measures
• Assessment and optimization of energy management, environmental protection, fire protection and safety measures in building technical systems
• Management, monitoring and documentation of maintenance and repair activities, as well as pursuing warranty claims
• Preparation of property-specific tender documents, budget and schedule plans, and monthly and quarterly reports
• Commissioning and supervision of technical and infrastructure service providers
• Review and approval of invoices
• Participation in projects and handling of special tasks
• Reporting on operating costs, technical deployments, maintenance and warranty management
