About the role
- Responsible for preservation of value, maintenance and fault/incident management of assigned properties, including preparation and coordination of related measures
- Assessment and optimization of energy management, environmental protection, fire protection and safety measures in building technical systems
- Management, monitoring and documentation of maintenance and repair activities, as well as pursuing warranty claims
- Preparation of property-specific tender documents, budget and schedule plans, and monthly and quarterly reports
- Commissioning and supervision of technical and infrastructure service providers
- Review and approval of invoices
- Participation in projects and handling of special tasks
- Reporting on operating costs, technical deployments, maintenance and warranty management
Requirements
- Completed technical training with additional commercial/business qualifications or a degree in Facility Management / Real Estate Management
- Several years of professional experience in the technical management of commercial and residential properties
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Confident user of common software, especially Microsoft Excel
- High customer orientation, commitment and assertiveness
- Class B driving license and willingness to undertake occasional business trips are advantageous
