About the role

  • Act as a trusted C-suite advisor on business and digital transformation challenges within the Dutch Financial Services and Insurance Industry.
  • Help define and evolve Atos' go-to-market approach within the Dutch Financial Services and Insurance Industry and drive the growth ambition of consulting business.
  • Take the commercial lead by identifying and developing Consulting opportunities, both standalone as well as embedded in broader Atos technology landscape.
  • Own Consulting Profit & Loss (Revenue and Margin) on dedicated accounts.
  • Lead strategic account planning and transformation roadmaps aligned with clients’ business and technology objectives.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high delivery standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory dynamics, and disruptive forces in the Financial Services and Insurance Industry context.
  • Sharing best practices and Consulting standards with broader Consulting community.
  • Collaborate closely with Atos Growth organization and Client Executive Partners.
  • Responsibility of engaging with industry partners to collaboratively achieve the best outcome for Financial Services and Insurance Industry clients.

Requirements

  • A completed academic bachelor’s or masters degree in relevant field (Informatics, Engineering, Digital Transformation, Economics etc.)
  • Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in management or technology consulting, with a focus on Industry Consulting, Digital Strategy and Digital Transformation and a strong understanding of technology trends (Consulting firm experiences in big four is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of domains such as: Process Excellence, Data & AI, Regulations and Business Transformation
  • Deep commercial awareness and client orientation
  • Proven ability to influence and build trust at C-level, particularly COOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and business transformation leads
  • A collaborative leadership style that brings together diverse stakeholders, from strategy through delivery
  • Existing client network within the Dutch Financial Services and Insurance Industry
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English.
