About the role
- Partner with clients across industries to design and implement future-ready workplaces that boost productivity and collaboration.
- Lead interactive workshops and co-create solutions using agile and change management methods such as Scrum, Design Thinking, Change Impact Analysis and Lean Startup.
- Guide organizations through cultural and organizational change , ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
- Develop user-centric strategies leveraging data analytics, automation, and cutting-edge digital tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor —building strong relationships and delivering insights that drive real impact.
Requirements
- A degree in Business, IT, Psychology , or a related field.
- 7+ years of consulting experience in organizational change management.
- Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Agile (Scrum Master, Agile Coach) are a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English .
- A strategic mindset , curiosity for technology, and the ability to inspire teams.
- Analytical skills, professional team leadership, results orientation, and a high level of customer focus characterize you, as do team spirit, motivation, and enthusiasm.
- Willingness to travel and work closely with clients.
