About the role

  • Own MQMR’s marketing strategy from annual planning to weekly execution
  • Manage the full HubSpot stack as it relates to the buyer’s journey
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to turn dense regulatory updates into compelling content
  • Manage our presence at key industry events, ensuring the collateral and sequences are synchronized

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in marketing within the mortgage or financial services space
  • Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub; certification is a significant plus
  • Ability to leverage AI to write for a C-suite audience; authoritative, professional, and insightful
  • Experience managing long, high-trust sales cycles for professional services rather than 'quick-sale' products
