About the role
- Manage multiple, concurrent implementations varying in duration and complexity.
- Drive customer teams and internal teams to timely completion with a managed project scope.
- Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans, and communicate status to clients, project sponsors, and managers.
- Consult with clients about best practices, user experience, workflows, and other feedback.
- Connect the dots between teams and resources from identified problems. Ensure all teams are equipped with proper information and resources to deliver the best possible solutions.
- Anticipate, mitigate, and communicate project risks and communicate them in a timely and clear manner with possible solutions accompanied.
- Understand the client and their product scope from an end-user perspective: what does the experience look like, what benefits and lift will this give, what are their pain points, and how can Atomic’s solution drive the most meaningful results?
- Be curious about your customers from a business and strategic perspective: get to know their business, and industry, and develop an understanding of Atomic’s value proposition within this context to deliver the best possible consultative experience.
- Develop custom documentation for your clients to provide the exclusive white glove experience catered to their needs. This may include data analytics, informative graphics, one-pagers, marketing insights, slide decks, etc.
- Facilitate all client calls associated with implementation and assemble proper attendees based on client needs.
- Be an advocate for your client across the organization: work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure the Atomic experience is built to be well-aligned with client needs and goals.
- Take on ad hoc projects internally in order to keep Atomic’s internal processes and projects organized, on time, and accurate. Build and maintain clear processes, documentation, and communication to achieve internal alignment and adherence.
Requirements
- Background in professional services, project management, and technical products.
- Experience managing end-to-end technical implementations.
- Experience with managing stakeholders across various levels and functions.
- Clear communication skills, organizational skills, and a self-starter mentality.
- Able to grasp, understand, and contribute to technical discussions.
- You love team collaboration, and relay information clearly and accurately.
- Understand data analytics, and communicate outcomes. You will be able to dig into customer data and extract insights for stakeholders.
- You have a natural ability to organize and prioritize tasks while never dropping the ball.
- Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred.
- Experience working in Financial Technology.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, and willing to roll up your sleeves and wear several hats.
