Account Development Partner

Technical Account Manager

• Own the technical operating rhythm for a portfolio of reseller and partnership accounts.
• Partner with Account Executives to define, scope, and track partner-driven customer work and future opportunities.
• Coordinate across partner teams, FI customers, and Atomic internal teams so ownership, next steps, risks, and timelines stay clear.
• Consult with partners on implementation patterns, support workflows, user experience, operational readiness, and best practices.
• Build reusable partner-facing and FI-facing enablement materials: welcome packets, onboarding templates, one-pagers, and support guides.
• Spot recurring partner issues, support patterns, and product/process gaps; turn them into durable improvements.
• Run partner status calls and internal planning conversations with the right attendees and a clear decision/action trail.
• Escalate technical, support, scope, and timeline risks early with evidence, customer impact, and recommended paths forward.
• Clarify ownership boundaries: what should be handled by partners, Atomic Support, Implementation, Product, Engineering, or GTM.

Technical Account Manager, Partnerships

Support Engineer

• Triage and resolve inbound technical tickets in our support system, following SLAs and internal escalation paths
• Troubleshoot issues end-to-end: reproduce problems, ask great clarifying questions, gather details, review logs/traces/metrics, and document findings clearly
• Escalate effectively to Engineering with high-quality context (steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, timestamps, environment details, customer impact)
• Participate in incident response: help collect information, post customer-facing updates, and contribute to post-incident follow-ups (runbooks, knowledge base articles, monitoring improvements, etc.)
• Support customers with integration and configuration troubleshooting (e.g., API requests, webhooks, auth-related setup) using clear, customer-friendly explanations.
• Write and maintain documentation: knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and internal runbooks.
• Identify recurring issues and trends, and help improve processes, tooling, and product reliability over time.
• Handle sensitive data appropriately and follow Atomic’s security and privacy policies for regulated customers.

Human Resources

• Partner with leadership to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to workforce planning, recruiting, retention, succession planning, and organizational growth.
• Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on complex, sensitive, and specialized HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, reasonable accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
• Lead and support change management initiatives, including organizational transitions, integrations, and process improvements; experience supporting mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
• Manage and administer payroll and ensure accurate, timely processing; serve as a primary administrator for the HRIS.
• Analyze compensation and benefits trends; research, design, and recommend competitive base and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Design and implement learning and development programs that support employee growth and internal career progression.
• Oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; partner with department leaders to define role requirements and competencies.
• Lead employee disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; regularly review and update HR policies and practices to reflect best practices.
• Stay current on HR trends, employment law changes, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent management.

HR Manager

• Help define and execute the overall CMC development strategy to support clinical progression and trial readiness
• Support outsourced drug substance and drug product development with CDMO, including formulation optimization, stability, and device compatibility
• Establish critical quality attributes, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Guide analytical method development, validation, and lifecycle management
• Interface with external stakeholders, including CDMOs, CROs, and suppliers.
• Support selection, onboarding, and management of external partners.
• Review deliverables, ensure timelines are met, and mitigate technical risks.
