About the role
- Responsible for client acquisition for International Patient Treatment representing an Istanbul-based client while based in Chisinau
- Serve as the face of the company in Chisinau and establish a strong local presence
- Identify opportunities for expanding healthcare services within the Moldovan market
- Act as a liaison between headquarters in Istanbul and the local community in Chisinau, fostering relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue in the local market
- Work closely with the international business development department to ensure success in the Moldovan market
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of the local Moldovan market, culture, and healthcare landscape.
- Minimum of 1 year health sector sales/business development experience
- Language Proficiency: Be proficient in both Romanian and English. Turkish or Russian knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and drive success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reside in Chisinau
