About the role
- - Local Representation: Serve as the face of our company in Zagreb and establish a strong local presence.
- - Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding our healthcare services within the Croatian market.
- - Build professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders, referral networks, and decision-makers
- - Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue in the local market.
- - Collaborate closely with international medical and business teams based in Istanbul
- - Drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining a strong patient-first mindset
Requirements
- - Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the local Croatian market, culture, and healthcare landscape.
- - Minimum of 2 year health sector sales/business development experience (clinical, medical, or health-related business roles strongly preferred)
- - Strong understanding of the Croatian healthcare system and patient pathways
- - Fluency in Croatian and English (medical communication skills are a strong advantage)
- - Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
- - Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and drive success.
- - Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Reside in Zagreb or Split
