About the role

  • Actively prospect new clients (individuals and companies)
  • Work with inbound and outbound leads
  • Identify companies with business potential (carriers, rental companies, firms with fleets, service providers, among others)
  • Present and sell vehicle tracking, remote immobilization, fleet management and telematics solutions
  • Prepare and follow up commercial proposals
  • Lead negotiations and close contracts
  • Perform follow-up with leads and ongoing opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients
  • Log activities and opportunities in the CRM
  • Support company sales campaigns and initiatives
  • Work with a focus on sales targets and performance indicators

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or field sales
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, organized and results-oriented profile
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRM
  • Must own a vehicle
  • Experience with vehicle tracking, telematics or related technology
  • Previous experience with transport companies or fleet management
  • Existing client portfolio in the segment
