About the role
- Actively prospect new clients (individuals and companies)
- Work with inbound and outbound leads
- Identify companies with business potential (carriers, rental companies, firms with fleets, service providers, among others)
- Present and sell vehicle tracking, remote immobilization, fleet management and telematics solutions
- Prepare and follow up commercial proposals
- Lead negotiations and close contracts
- Perform follow-up with leads and ongoing opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients
- Log activities and opportunities in the CRM
- Support company sales campaigns and initiatives
- Work with a focus on sales targets and performance indicators
Requirements
- Experience in sales or field sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, organized and results-oriented profile
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and CRM
- Must own a vehicle
- Experience with vehicle tracking, telematics or related technology
- Previous experience with transport companies or fleet management
- Existing client portfolio in the segment
