• Establish, develop and embed a central Project Management Office (PMO) as an executive staff function
• Support the executive management in translating the company strategy into programs, projects and concrete actions
• Structure, prioritize and steer strategic projects and initiatives
• Develop and maintain a company-wide project landscape (roadmaps, milestones, dependencies)
• Ensure consistent project methods, standards and tools across the organization
• Monitor project progress with regard to schedule, costs, quality and target achievement
• Conduct project and portfolio controlling including status reports, decision papers and management dashboards
• Identify risks, deviations and goal conflicts and derive appropriate measures
• Facilitate project steering committees and workshops
• Work closely with executive management, team leaders and business units
• Support change and transformation projects
• Develop suitable KPIs to measure success
