Assist with implementing secure, compliant client environments under the guidance of the Project Engineering team
Support onboarding projects through discovery, implementation, cutover, and handoff to Support
Assist with cloud, infrastructure, and security assessments
Execute assigned technical work to meet project milestones and deadlines
Implement and support core platforms and services
Provide technical support during onboarding projects

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional IT experience
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktops and laptops
Experience with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, and wireless networking
Foundational knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and basic email flow
Strong written and verbal communication skills
MS-900 or CompTIA A+ (in progress or obtained within a reasonable timeframe after hire is acceptable)
