About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with organizational goals, fundraising initiatives, and program growth
  • Serve as the strategic lead for brand positioning, messaging, and audience development
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns that raise awareness, support fundraising, and mobilize community engagement
  • Oversee the creation of mission-centered content across digital, print, video, and social platforms
  • Guide the growth of our digital ecosystem, including website, email, social media, and digital advertising
  • Lead and support a small team of staff and contractors, building workflows and systems that prioritize clarity, sustainability, and excellence

Requirements

  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including content, analytics, SEO, email, and social
  • Experience leading teams and managing competing priorities with clarity
  • A learning-oriented mindset and strong judgment
  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
