About the role

  • Greet and quickly qualify all incoming leads, ensuring they meet the ICP criteria defined by GTM.
  • Route SQLs to Inside or Field Sales according to territory and product-line rules.
  • Meet SLAs to accelerate the sales funnel.
  • Record complete information, enrich and update records in the CRM, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Support database cleansing by removing duplicates, errors and invalid entries.
  • Execute short, hyper-segmented cadences targeting high-fit accounts identified by Intelligence.
  • Research and supplement contact and account information to strengthen strategic lists.
  • Collect and organize data for dashboards and studies to support the cell's analysis.
  • Identify patterns in qualification outcomes and report insights that help improve ICP and messaging.
  • Ensure fast handover of MQLs with context and feedback, contributing to more effective campaigns.

Requirements

  • Student in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related fields.
  • Available for a 24-month internship and able to commit to a 6-hour workday.
  • Reside in Sorocaba or the surrounding region.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Interest in CRM (Salesforce), pre-sales and commercial intelligence.
  • Intermediate English desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization and attention to detail (essential for CRM).
  • Proactivity and curiosity to learn about sales and data.
  • Analytical ability and capacity to prioritize.
  • Ease of working across multiple areas (Sales, Marketing, Product).
