Marketplace Manager

Administration

• Provide customer service: process orders and contracts
• Review contracts, orders and amendments with external Legal
• Assist in creating dashboards and reports with area data
• Issue invoices for shipment and return of rentals, as well as sales invoices for spare parts
• Ensure information and records of client contact requirements are communicated to production to meet deadlines
• Handle billing for damages related to maintenance of rental accessories and maintenance of motor pumps
• Prepare commercial proposals for parts sales and follow up with clients and the warehouse, including opening Purchase Requests to replenish stock of sold parts (cast parts)
• Send and follow up on measurement reports for clients, monthly closing and billing
• Monitor completed negotiations, aligning required contract and order information with the rental checklist and ERP
• Support internal and external audits

Contract Administration Internship

Administrative Assistant

• Project documentation & BAFA funding management: You document ongoing consulting and funding projects thoroughly and conscientiously.
• Preliminary accounting: You collect and review receipts, prepare documents for tax advisors and accounting, and maintain overviews of invoices, payments and receipts.
• Administrative support for management: You support the executive team in day-to-day administrative tasks, prepare documents and research, and keep internal structures and filing systems up to date.

Backoffice Manager

Advertising Manager

Software Engineer

• Update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Organize documents and sales proposals.
• Support initial outreach (email, phone, social media, etc.).
• Attend client meetings alongside other team members.
• Monitor orders and contracts.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other sales documents.
