About the role

  • Rethink Amazon Advertising: You will build our Amazon Advertising division from the ground up — supported by our co‑founder and an advisory board of leading experts.
  • Strategic client management: Your clients are experienced — you’ll advise established private‑label sellers with up to €60 million in annual revenue.
  • Holistic brand strategy: PPC is not an isolated lever for you but part of an overall brand strategy. You proactively contribute ideas, identify optimization opportunities, and challenge sellers.
  • Networking: At our ATLAS Connect client events you’ll meet Germany’s largest Amazon sellers and build valuable relationships.

Requirements

  • Amazon PPC experience: Several years working with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands & Sponsored Display.
  • Analytical & data‑driven: You think strategically, work with numbers, and make data‑based decisions. Excel and similar tools are instruments you use effectively.
  • Communication & professional presence: You communicate precisely and professionally — internally with the team and with clients. Your German is fluent and without a strong accent, and you can explain complex issues clearly.
  • Hands‑on mentality: Besides strategic work, you can roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Structured & independent: Remote work means responsibility, not uncertainty. You are organized, prioritize smartly, and deliver results.
