About the role

  • Own day-to-day operational health and client delivery consistency across the Growth function
  • Enforce standards across qualification, SalesOS hygiene, and outbound execution
  • Support senior reps with prioritization, escalation handling, and quick decision-making
  • Spot systemic issues (process gaps, capacity constraints, quality drops) and implement fixes fast
  • Help onboard and ramp new reps quickly and effectively
  • Act as first escalation point for operational/delivery issues before leadership involvement

Requirements

  • Senior outbound operator — proven in consistent delivery, low no-shows, high-quality meetings
  • Operational reliability expert — enforce standards, spot/fix systemic issues proactively
  • Coverage player — step in seamlessly to maintain delivery when leadership is unavailable
  • Onboarding/ramp specialist — get new reps productive fast with clear guidance
  • Results-driven — outcomes > hours; focus on client-facing performance
  • Fluent English; German is a big plus; other languages welcome
