About the role
- Own day-to-day operational health and client delivery consistency across the Growth function
- Enforce standards across qualification, SalesOS hygiene, and outbound execution
- Support senior reps with prioritization, escalation handling, and quick decision-making
- Spot systemic issues (process gaps, capacity constraints, quality drops) and implement fixes fast
- Help onboard and ramp new reps quickly and effectively
- Act as first escalation point for operational/delivery issues before leadership involvement
Requirements
- Senior outbound operator — proven in consistent delivery, low no-shows, high-quality meetings
- Operational reliability expert — enforce standards, spot/fix systemic issues proactively
- Coverage player — step in seamlessly to maintain delivery when leadership is unavailable
- Onboarding/ramp specialist — get new reps productive fast with clear guidance
- Results-driven — outcomes > hours; focus on client-facing performance
- Fluent English; German is a big plus; other languages welcome
