About the role

  • Own outreach execution and meeting booking outcomes — achieve/exceed monthly qualified meeting targets for clients through team performance.
  • Lead, manage, and hold the Growth team accountable — high-impact multichannel outreach (personalization, sequencing, follow-ups).
  • Develop & refine growth playbooks — messaging strategy, channel optimization, A/B testing; ensure tight alignment with Ops-enriched data.
  • Coach reps — qualification, objection handling, prioritization; enforce flawless execution fidelity to ICP/data inputs.
  • Monitor monthly funnel health — volume, conversion rates, meetings booked, cost-per-meeting; proactively identify and resolve performance gaps.
  • Deliver quarterly Rocks on time — model relentless execution and drive growth priorities.
  • Act as builder — embrace playbooks > chaos, outcomes > activity; iterate systems to make outreach a predictable, scalable engine.

Requirements

  • Proven outbound strategist/leader — consistent team-level meeting booking, high conversion, low no-shows.
  • Playbook builder — data-driven iteration, A/B testing, channel strategy.
  • Coach & accountability owner — mentor reps, enforce standards, drive performance improvement.
  • Metrics-focused — monitor funnel health, solve systemic issues proactively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — outcomes > hours; comfortable with full ownership of team/client results.
  • Fluent English essential.
