About the role
- Participate and support the rollout of a new job architecture in summer 2026
- Contribute to potential planning and coordination of core HR system change
- Create procedure documentation
- Run data validations in support of system changes
- Participate in special projects or assignments as needed
- Gain exposure to all areas of Total Rewards (outside of HR system work)
Requirements
- Currently working on degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or other related field.
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university is required
- Students must be undergraduates entering their junior or senior year or currently pursuing a graduate level degree
- Must be available to work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday
- Must submit a resume and cover letter highlighting accomplishments, professional and academic goals, and expectations of this internship position
- Submission of transcripts and two professional or academic references
