The HR Technology Specialist is primarily responsible for administration, reporting and configuration of all HR information systems including UKG, Kronos WorkForce Ready and Cornerstone OnDemand.
Identify HR reporting requirements from across the organization.
Create scheduled and ad hoc HR reports from all HR systems that meet the identified reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain all compliance related HR reporting.
Conduct ongoing audit of the data in all HR systems to ensure data quality.
Provide production support for all HR systems and resolve production errors and issues.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Information Systems or related experience.
1-3 years of experience working as a specialist or analyst with HR information systems.
Knowledge & Skills Prior experience with UKG, Kronos WorkForce Ready and/or Cornerstone OnDemand is required.
Prior HR reporting experience is a must.
Prefer experience with Cognos Business Intelligence v.11.
Experience working in multiple HR systems such as Workday SAP, Oracle, and UKG preferred.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

Strong planning organization skills, attention to detail and follow through.
Established problem analysis and problem resolution.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing environment.
Ability to analyze/interpret data and take appropriate action.
