About the role

  • Oversee the human resources management system (HRMS) and other HR systems.
  • Provide technical and analytical support for technology platforms.
  • Ensure data integrity in HR systems and increase operational efficiency of HR.
  • Provide first level support to users of HR systems and troubleshoot issues.
  • Lead implementation of system enhancements and manage HRIS roadmap.
  • Conduct training on HR system enhancements and new processes.
  • Partner with HR leaders to address business needs including system improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field required.
  • Minimum five to seven years’ hands on system administration experience.
  • Experience using / managing HRIS systems required (UKG experience preferred).
  • 1-2 years of formal people leadership experience preferred.
  • Expert at HRIS report writing and providing data analysis using Excel and Cognos.
  • Experience with the deployment of a Core HR systems (HCM) preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus.
