Oversee the human resources management system (HRMS) and other HR systems.
Provide technical and analytical support for technology platforms.
Ensure data integrity in HR systems and increase operational efficiency of HR.
Provide first level support to users of HR systems and troubleshoot issues.
Lead implementation of system enhancements and manage HRIS roadmap.
Conduct training on HR system enhancements and new processes.
Partner with HR leaders to address business needs including system improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field required.
Minimum five to seven years’ hands on system administration experience.
Experience using / managing HRIS systems required (UKG experience preferred).
1-2 years of formal people leadership experience preferred.
Expert at HRIS report writing and providing data analysis using Excel and Cognos.
Experience with the deployment of a Core HR systems (HCM) preferred
Knowledge of SQL a plus.
