About the role
- Oversee the human resources management system (HRMS) and other HR systems.
- Provide technical and analytical support for technology platforms.
- Ensure data integrity in HR systems and increase operational efficiency of HR.
- Provide first level support to users of HR systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Lead implementation of system enhancements and manage HRIS roadmap.
- Conduct training on HR system enhancements and new processes.
- Partner with HR leaders to address business needs including system improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field required.
- Minimum five to seven years’ hands on system administration experience.
- Experience using / managing HRIS systems required (UKG experience preferred).
- 1-2 years of formal people leadership experience preferred.
- Expert at HRIS report writing and providing data analysis using Excel and Cognos.
- Experience with the deployment of a Core HR systems (HCM) preferred
- Knowledge of SQL a plus.
