Account Executive

• Own outbound prospecting (LATAM/US Spanish-speaking markets, B2C + potential B2B/education partnerships)
• Build and iterate sales scripts, sequences, and qualification criteria alongside founder
• Set up/manage CRM and pipeline tracking (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
• Run demos and close smaller deals directly; qualify larger ones for founder
• Report weekly on pipeline, conversion, and system improvements
• Recommend and help implement sales automation (email sequences, follow-up cadences)
