Engineering Manager

• Own the full NPI program from transfer through production launch, including integrated program planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and cross-functional alignment
• Serve as the primary technical customer contact during the NPI process
• Lead IQ, OQ, and PQ execution in compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 requirements
• Align engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, and global program management teams
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of NPI engineers
• Identify, communicate, mitigate, and escalate program risks and blockers
• Ensure production lines, operators, equipment, documentation, and quality controls are ready before production begins
• Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement after each program phase

Executive Assistant

• Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
• Prepare, edit, and proofread confidential documents, presentations, and reports
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, screening and directing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier/package shipments
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and common office spaces
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, including room bookings and materials setup
• Handle filing, recordkeeping, and database maintenance
• Support the preparation and tracking of expenses and budgets
• Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
• Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
