Requirements

Bachelor's degree in the field of Civil Engineering, Planning, Business
Post graduate degree preferred
15 years of experience since B.S.
At least three of these years in positions with project management or supervisory responsibilities
Professional registration in the field of practice is required, e.g., P.E., A.I.C.P., R.A., or R.L.A.
Certification as a “Project Management Professional” (PMP) or “Certified Construction Manager” (CCM) required within one year of assuming this position
