About the role
- Deliver technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels
- Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals
- Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions
- Understand, communicate and manage project risks
- Adhere to quality assurance standards in design
Requirements
- Chartered Engineer (Civil or Mechanical or EICA)
- Experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design and Design & Build
- Sound knowledge in water and/or wastewater treatment, storage solutions, hydraulics, water supply and wastewater collection systems
- Familiarity with current UK design standards and working practices
- Sound commercial, contractual and programme experience
