About the role
- Build deep expertise in compensation and reward analytics within a complex, international organisation
- Deliver regional compensation programmes across the UK & Europe
- Support the annual salary and bonus review
- Support regional pay gap reports and analyse results
- Support Total Reward projects — such as EU Pay Transparency
- Complete market salary surveys and benchmarking activities
- Support the mid-year salary review for graduates and apprentices
- Monitor Real Living Wage compliance
- Act as a first point of contact for compensation‑related queries
- Support continuous improvement in systems and process delivery
- Develop, maintain and enhance data reporting and analytics
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong Excel capability (e.g. formulas, data validation, pivot tables)
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Process oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to present data and recommendations in a highly organised and logical way
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Well‑organised, proactive and able to manage changing priorities
- Experience or interest in compensation or Total Reward
- Exposure to pay gap reporting
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Experience of using Workday
- Experience of using Power BI
