About the role
- Key Account Manager for one or more GB DNO’s
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GB DNO accounts
- Support the DNO Client Director in developing and maintaining client plans
- Contribute to market intelligence
- Manage the forward pipeline of DNO accounts
- Act as Capture Manager for strategic pursuits
- Identify new opportunities and cross-sell AtkinsRéalis services
- Engage with Engineering Practices to secure resources
- Ensure adherence to governance processes and best practices
- Financial accountability for revenue growth
Requirements
- Track record of success in Key Account Management
- Good existing knowledge and contacts across one or more of the GB DNO’s (Preference to UKPN, NGED, SSEN & NPG)
- Background and experience working in Electricity Distribution
- Proven experience of KAM in the engineering, construction, or professional services sectors
- Understanding of engineering projects and terminology
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with growth mindset and adaptability
- Ability to navigate complex client environments
- Commercial acumen and experience in bidding and winning work
- Excellent project management skills
