About the role

  • Key Account Manager for one or more GB DNO’s
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with GB DNO accounts
  • Support the DNO Client Director in developing and maintaining client plans
  • Contribute to market intelligence
  • Manage the forward pipeline of DNO accounts
  • Act as Capture Manager for strategic pursuits
  • Identify new opportunities and cross-sell AtkinsRéalis services
  • Engage with Engineering Practices to secure resources
  • Ensure adherence to governance processes and best practices

Requirements

  • Track record of success in Key Account Management
  • Good existing knowledge and contacts across one or more of the GB DNO’s (Preference to UKPN, NGED, SSEN & NPG)
  • Background and experience working in Electricity Distribution
  • Proven experience of KAM in the engineering, construction, or professional services sectors
  • Understanding of engineering projects and terminology
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with growth mindset and adaptability
  • Ability to navigate complex client environments
  • Commercial acumen and experience in bidding and winning work
  • Excellent project management skills
