About the role

  • Collaborate with Project Engineering Manager to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Assist in overseeing all Project Coordinators
  • Support the engineering project lifecycle by tracking design progress and resolving technical issues
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of the Project Design Execution Plan
  • Promote safety considerations throughout technical delivery and design coordination
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years supporting multi-disciplinary teams through planning, design, and delivery phases
  • Registered Professional Engineer in Canada
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in rail & transit projects, particularly LRT
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and stakeholder coordination
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; bilingualism in English and French is an asset
