About the role
- Collaborate with Project Engineering Manager to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Assist in overseeing all Project Coordinators
- Support the engineering project lifecycle by tracking design progress and resolving technical issues
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the Project Design Execution Plan
- Promote safety considerations throughout technical delivery and design coordination
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- 3+ years supporting multi-disciplinary teams through planning, design, and delivery phases
- Registered Professional Engineer in Canada
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in rail & transit projects, particularly LRT
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and stakeholder coordination
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; bilingualism in English and French is an asset
