About the role
- Develop & revise technical drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (clients, engineers, contractors).
- Undertake site inspections and surveys.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Assist with client presentations and regulatory submissions.
- Assist our Assigned Certifier team with compliance inspections and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Architecture/Architectural Technology.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of Irish Building regulations and supporting Standards and codes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- LEED/BIM certification & MCIAT membership a plus.
