About the role
- Involved across all stages of project development from concept to construction
- Collaborate with architects and site teams
- Produce technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage documentation
- Support feasibility and regulatory submissions
Requirements
- RIAI or RIBA registration (required)
- Strong design and graphic skills
- Able to deliver projects from a design and technical background
- Experience of project delivery in Ireland
- Experience in Aviation, Industrial, Education, Transportation and Judicial projects would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience of working with Revit
- Aware of relevant current technical building legislation and guidance such as Building Regulations and IE Standards
- Prepared to work on multiple projects
