About the role

  • Develop, manage, and optimize data pipelines and integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation platforms, databases).
  • Work with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and external APIs to integrate data from diverse sources.
  • Create custom data objects, fields, workflows, and validations within Salesforce to support business requirements.
  • Establish and maintain data governance practices, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across integrated systems.
  • Work closely with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and other engineers to align integration strategies with business needs.
  • Ensure that data integration processes are optimized for performance, and troubleshoot any integration or data flow issues.
  • Document data flow processes, integration specifications, and best practices for data management and integration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of Salesforce Development experience.
  • Extensive experience in LWC, Javascript and Apex.
  • Should write apex tests and LWC Jest tests with Minimum 85% coverage.
  • Should have good debugging skills in apex, LWC and Javascript.
  • Good to have certifications: Platform Developer 1 (PD1), Platform Developer 2 (PD2), JavaScript, and App Developer.
  • Additional skills - Java, Python, HTML, CSS.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
