About the role

  • Develop 3D models, surfaces, alignments, corridors, and pipe networks using Autodesk Civil 3D
  • Prepare 2D drawings including plans, profiles, cross-sections, and construction details
  • Model infrastructure elements such as: Roads and highways, Drainage (foul, storm, utility networks), Earthworks and grading
  • Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP), CAD standards, and naming conventions
  • Coordinate with design engineers, BIM leads, and project managers
  • Update models based on design changes and review comments
  • Assist in quantities extraction and basic clash identification
  • Ensure models and drawings meet quality, accuracy, and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, BIM, or related discipline
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Civil 3D Modeller (flexible based on role level)
  • Strong understanding of Civil engineering drawings and construction methods
  • Ability to work with Survey data, point clouds, and received IFC/CAD data
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
