Requirements
A degree in Geography, Science, or Civil Engineering
Some working knowledge or experience of 1D-2D hydraulic modelling using any of Flood Modeller, ESTRY, TUFLOW, InfoWorks ICM or a strong desire to learn more
GIS skills or a desire to learn
Some experience in carrying out flood risk analyses for planning, development, and design
Some experience in carrying out a hydrological assessment, or a strong desire to learn
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
Self-driven and committed to achieving technical excellence
Well-organized and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
Good attention to detail
May require security clearance and proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer
